With 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mike leads CPW Insurance as President, combining deep expertise with a strong commitment to serving the Wenatchee Valley. A graduate of Wenatchee High School (Class of 1982) and Eastern Washington University (Class of 1986), Mike has built a career rooted in leadership, integrity, and community service.
In addition to his role at CPW, Mike currently serves as Mayor of Wenatchee, continuing his lifelong dedication to the region. His extensive civic involvement includes:

Mike has been married for 34 years and is a proud father of three children — two of whom are educators in the Wenatchee School District. His deep local roots and passion for public service continue to shape his leadership at CPW Insurance and his vision for the future of Wenatchee.
